new oc (because i definetly don't have enough already). his name is Floyd LastName since he doenst have a last name or personality yet. i have no idea where i was going with his design but he lookin good imomy thought process through this was basically "try something you haven't applied to other ocs" and this is what happened. screw drawing full body btw!!!1
