This is my original character, Web-tan , a mascot of Web-Programming subject. ^^ In fact, I intended to draw this picture to because on Valentine's day, he drew all of my OCs celebrating for the Valentine's season ^^ . So, today is called 'White Day' Actually it came from Japanese culture that when you receive a gift from anyone on Valentine's day , you have to give him back in return.

P.S. Painter Essentials 4 is a hobbyist version of Corel Painter, it is lack of some abilities that Painter has (it provides less amount of brush tools than Painter one), but you can use it for basic drawing and painting as well.
