How do I use platettes on paint tool sai? Do I just look at the colours and try to find them myself with the tool or is there some way I can take the colour from them?

Open the up palettes in sai, or copy and paste the palettes on the current file you are drawing on. On the left hand side of sai, there are a bunch of buttons and then a box that contains tools. Above that box, there is a eye drop tool that you can use. Or you can hold down alt and a little eye drop will appear. Click on the color you wish.
