Description

James 'Jim' MacReady joined the United States Navy in the late 2010s and quickly found himself in the pilot seat of an MH-60 Seahawk where he was responsible for deploying personnel during naval special warfare insertion missions. By the time his contract with the Navy was close to expiration, Jim was approached by members of DEVGRU who offered him a position with the Omega Foundation's Internal Security Group. Expecting much of the same work he was used to in the Navy, Jim quickly accepted the job offer, but after working with the Foundation's Alpha-Omega unit, Jim quickly learned of the Omega Foundation's nefarious nature. Knowing that he would not be able to easily quit his new job with the Omega Foundation, Jim decided to bide his time and look for a way out. Fortunately, he would not have to wait too long, as it would be the Invisible War that provided him his opportunity to escape the Omega Foundation.
