What app is did you draw this with? Was it a free, or payed?

Its called Procreate. A paid app that is great for digital painting. I'm also trying out Brushes atm, which is giving this app a run for its money.

What do you mean? I'm hoping to by an Ipad soon by the way. I may actually have the Bamboo Capture before I do the Ipad. I'm super itching to get started on digital media
