Melanie the Witch decided to play a few pranks at the local park, doing stuff like making flowers squirt water in people's faces, making stuff float to startled people, and even summoning frogs and letting to run amok around the area. Well, the park managers have had enough with her schemes, so they decided to punish her. Though they didn't want it to be to harsh since she's a kid. That was when one of them got an idea. They placed her in stocks in the middle of the park and removed her boots, revealing her bare feet. Then they set up a sign that says "Punish the Witch". Melanie's eyes widened as she nervously tried to apologize. But her punishment won't be over until she is tickled by everyone she pranked. Considering many people were at the park, looks like she'll be stuck there for a while.

Decided to do something with my witch OC, Melanie. So I decided to do a scenario where she pays for her "crimes".
