I had a lot of fun with this one, and really enjoyed all the fur/feather/scale textures I got to play around with. yay yellow and blue lighting, that's my faveee!
also I could draw griffins all day every day
I really wanted to use a "classic" griffin pose like those found on family crests and stuff like that, I think it turned out pretty well while still keeping true to the character and anatomy.
