It's a mistake. It should be the contrary ^^
No actually they should have the same boob size but the "original" top was easier to draw. And only when it was colored I noticed the difference between both.

Having a third one AT ALL would be brilliant, but if she was doing the tying as well... mmm...
Even better, if it were like that older pic you did. "A third Lea shows up and captures them, and then a fourth Lea captures her, only to be captured by a fifth Lea, who is in turn...."

I think all of his artwork is good, and not all of it needs top revolve around something of a sexual or dominant manner. He's a good artist, and you should give constructive criticism, rather than horribly negative, perverted opinions. As you said, "With all due respect", "I'm trying not to be mean", "Consider what I say, because it might benefit you." ^_^
