Diamond Queen from Kaitou / Mysterious Joker. This was just a quick picture to test out shading and improve. I like how I shaded here ^.^ I think Queen looks adorable with her hair down. :3

That's really cool shading, but I feel her hair should have more darker colors to it to give it more volume.

Well, the hair was really dark before I made edits with Photoshop. I felt it looked better lighter than the original when I compared.
