Do you want the ME3 Femshep for ME2? Well this is the mod for you friend! Use the Jane Reborn head and the ME3 Default tex by ELE08.
Astralify is an amazing and talented person, bless all his hard work, but ELE08 's skin just looks more freckle-y.
Let me just be clear these are not my mods. I am just doing my part to make folks aware of these amazing resources.
Please note: to use this mod, you will need Gibbed Extended and Texmod . Follow the instructions here (middle of the page), and you're set!
Now all we have to do is create ME1/ME2 default Femshep for ME3.....

Hmm...that is troubling. Let me go through the steps, and you let me know if it's of any help:
1) Make sure that you're running ME2 through texmod, here's a tutorial if you need it. If you're not using steam, just leave out the steam related part.
2) You'll need to have started the game to put the face into play, so make a save game.
3) Open gibbed, and load the face into the saved file (here's a tutorial for that).
4) Using texmod, open and run the game with Elle's skin provided in the link.
Please get back to me if it works, or if it doesn't. I'd like to know either way

Looks like you're using the skin that comes with the ME3 Jane mod, try this one.

Thanks, I used 2 other texmods as well to get this.
1. shiny eyes and 2. realistic lashes

(I know she looks a bit young, but the Reaper War probably did a bit of a number on her. However, if you'd like some more continuity, I can recommend these lovely mods for a better continuity).

You can create ME1/ME2 default shep for ME3: from the custom faces. Because ME1/2 default had a custom face, not unique like ME3 shep.

Unfortunately she didn't had a "unique" face like maleshep and bioware decided for stupid lazy reasons to make her custom, as if she was of no importance. Ugh >.>

Wouldn't it just? You can use the skin, but not the 'shape', sadly. Apparently, Jane Reborn was a buttload of work. Makes me wish I could mod!

whaaa how did you manage that? When I used the reborn mod she looked different and her eyebrowse had been missing.

I saw the links and I looked at them already yesterday but don't understood how to use them to make her look like your shep does. 
Ah well I'm satisfied with the freckleshep I use atm but I will try again.
