Alright here is a new NextGen for you all, meet Apshodel! He was mentioned first in my Pitterverse Character List

Not much to say here other than I absolutley adore this snippy child, and I found that I do really enjoy drawing Kirins
I also havent designed a Nirik form for him yet... but that is on my list of things to do

"I feel as though, I am the only one in this Castle who has a brain."

Name: Asphodel
("Stingy","Mr. Kill-Joy")

Gender: Male
Species: Kirin/Unicorn Hybrid

Occupation: Royal Adviser To Canterlot Castle
Residence: Canterlot

Family:
Parents: Stygian, & Autumn Blaze
Siblings: None
Other: None

personality: Very uptight, Strict, tries the best he can, organized, Lacks patience, persistent, mature and formal, very cleanly, relentless, observant, precise, persnickety, won't do anything without thinking it through, use to getting his way, standoffish, but secretly cares, is very by the rules.

Likes: To get his work on time, and to keep to his schedule, enjoys working and keeping himself busy, working for Princess Mirage or Orion because they seem to respect him, to keep to tradition, to drink tea (usually green or herbal).

Dislikes: A having to keep Princess Ruse in line, when Ruse won't listen to him, changing the rules, ignoring protocol, when Orion and Ruse sneak out, when one refuses to adhere to his advice.

Abilities: Kirin magic, Vast knowledge of Equestria's History, magic, and Culture

Asphodel runs the castle like a tight ship, he keeps track of the Highnesses' schedules, makes sure that the servants are keeping the palace tidy and dust free. Asphodel helps the Princesses and Prince of Equestria with their royal duties and helps remind them of royal events. When such an event is hosted at The Canterlot castle, He, himself will make sure the arrangements keep with Tradition, and that everything goes according to plan. He will work with others, though he can barely tolerate it.

Asphodel is an extremely busy stallion, who takes pride in being the royal Adviser to Princess Mirage. Although he is also the adviser to Ruse and Orion, he just doesn't enjoy working with them as he does with Mirage. Him and the Princess think similarly and that usually makes things run smoothly. She is also not easily distracted and is to the point. Just how Mirage conducts her Royal duties with ease, Impresses him. He is considered her loyal "right hoof" and she has said he is a friend. They work well together, mostly because she allows him to state his opinions and to manage things himself, as long as she is notified. Asphodel is one of the main reasons Mirage is able to rule Equestria so attentively and strongly.

  Asphodel dislikes working with Ruse even though, Princess Mirage has instruct him to make sure she understands her role as a Princess of Equestria.
He helps Princess Ruse with her duties, her etiquette, and her studies. Well, at least Asphodel attempts to help her. She is very sporadic and its hard to keep her focused. Normally she will leave him with her work and run off with Prince Orion to who knows where. and with all that he does to help her what thanks does he get? nothing but names and mockery. Ruse can easily get on Asphodel's nerves, but work is never easy.

  Asphodel Grew up learning Equestrian Law and history from his Father. Stygian tutored his son on most of what he has learned through the years. From magic, geography, history, to cultures and law. Asphodel is a prodigy when is comes to information, which is why he is so good at what he does. The one thing he remember from his mother though, is the appreciation of theater and music. On the rare case that He treats himself, he will attend Canterlot's Theater for a show.

  Asphodel is one strict soul, but once one gets to know him they will find that can be sensible. Under that hard exterior there is a heart. although he doesn't show feelings, occasionally he might slip up. He does care for Princess Mirage, and is aware of all the strain the=at she puts on her self. Thus why he takes on so much work for her. And even if she drives him over the moon, He does show concern for Ruse. She hides her worry and her sadness well, but he knows better, Thats why he works hard with her so she can become successful. Even though he doesn't work with Orion as much as he does with the Princesses. He is there whenever the Prince should need assistance.
