Great character design. In particular, I like the tattoo, the arm warmer-thingy on his left arm, and the gloves. I like how the the tattoo draws the eye down his arm to the hand with the magical, fire-y thing. I assume that is fire, even though it's not the stereotypical fireball. It's actually better that it's not the typical design.

Also, cloak/cape things are cool ^_^
