All for One is developing a new type of Nomu, ones that can shift between a human-like appearance and a more monstrous form. Hopefully the cuter Nomu will improve morale!
Nomu Izuku! Her tail can inject someone with a variety of substances, including sedatives, paralytics, healing agents, & more! She can administer the first steps of nomufication with it. It also glows with a hypnotic light that can disorient and/or entrance people.
