Oh! There's many tutorials I myself worked off of fer awhile, i'll see if I can find them (i'm so bad at making tutorials T^T)

[link] - This is one method I found later but never figured out how to use exactly.
[link] - This one isn't specifically about hair but may help nonetheless.
I'm not sure if that will help or not :3
