This is quite cool, you've done a believable job on the saliva. A few crits though. The teeth come out the side of the orange at the bottom, which is odd and you have some strange shading inside the mouth. Perhaps make the teeth a bit more human - less even to give it a bit more believablility. The tongue is also very square, you need to round it off a little and probably make it less shiny? add a bump map, tongues are very porus.
It's looking good, maybe use an occlusion pass to get a few of the contact shadows in there
