Depends on the stamp! In this case it was a fairly simple process!! I put the 24 DVD into my computer and used a program called CamStudio (which is free!) to do a screen capture of the intro. I saved the capture out as a video file. From there I opened PS and imported video frames to layers using only every other frame. (To keep the stamp size to a minimum) I cropped and resized the frames to fit a standard stamp (99x56) and added the stamp border on top of all the frame layers. Exported as a 64 color gif. (No real need for more colors and using only 64 kept the size down even more)
That's actually sort of the process for all my animated stamps with the exception that I create the animation in a LOT of different ways~! This is actually the first time I've created a stamp using a screen capture!
Does that help?

Sure, I can create a tutorial for you! Well, maybe, what program are you using? I work pretty exclusively with Photoshop - don't know I could do a tutorial for any other program.

PS = Photoshop
Photoshop is just another program. Like Paint but MUCH more versatile. I take it you don't have it!! Lol!
