awesome i love how you do these and ver yimpressed of the tiny ones, because they have much of detail for the extreme tinyness. I used to do things like these with normal papers or the gummi sheets, not sure how they are called in english. I wonder how do you plan out these layers? i can imagine if i tried i wouldnt know how to start and what would go where. I guess i´d start with a drawing and then try to figur eout seperate parts that are shown, but well, some have to be bigger to fit over other things in the bg (like the hood here) would love to th eprocess a lot. i actually got a new fine knife lately , and got a lot of cardboard lying around unused, so i´d love to try out something. Theres actually so many things i wanna do i´ll never get done with all this xD currently aside from art stuff pokemon game keeps me busy to optimize some pokemon for battle etc.. gosh this takes forever.

You should just experiment! That's how i figured it out. As for the order of how to layer things, i just try to figure out what would be in front if it was a real 3d object and layer them that way :>

yea guess thats basicly it, i tried it out yesterday. it works pretty well just hard to find the right colors, i have about 25 just and then a lot of strong patterned that are quite colorful. i guess to get a stronger effect i need to add somehting thicker between the layers so it pops out more, it looks a little flat still. maybe the foamy doubly tape is nice for this purpose. i did that a lot when i was younger ,its kinda fun. i think your noivern is really impressing, so many shapes must have taken very long. I planned out my pieces on the pc so i could layer them, drag them apart then print and transfer to the cardboard, so things fit very well, but i didnt have that many layers maybe 15 pieces
