well i have seen the video of him and a couple other guys tipping over a car, from the front he has huge shoulder muscles and biceps so yea he is a muscle man.

Because it's a blatant screenshot of a television show. Not only is it not the poster's art, but it isn't art at all. Screen shots are not allowed by the rules, but fortunately for you it doesn't matter unless the copyright owner complains.
