It could cause a possible hernia at some point, the muscles loose elasticity. It have happened.

yeah the roids and especially growth hormones can really swell up the belly even though the rest of the body is very lean.

Because of the growth of the organs, but is really dangerous.. There are not enough space for such big organs..
