"Till death do us part."My very first submission to my new, permanent account! Yay! I've been eagerly waiting to meet my personal quota before uploading so as not to disappoint anyone who might watch me.
On to the picture itself. I had an image in my head for some time -- a somewhat morbid picture of a bride on, I guess, the day after her wedding night. Roses scattered everywhere, the sunlight gently beaming in, her pristine white gown stained by blood -- is it her own or that of her dear hubby? We'll leave that one to the imagination.
Still probably my favorite piece to date.

You have some amazing detail here and the lighting is rather fantastic.

Wow, the art is excellent! The shading and highlights are placed effectively and the posture is realistic. The hair is really well detailed like the dress and stocking. The hand is really well done concidering how its one of the 3 hardest body parts to draw in my opinion. The rose petals add a nice touch as well over the blood stains.. that is blood right, not wine?
