BREAKING NEWS: PLANGKYE SELLS OUT. Hahaha, by that I mean I'm not much of a Naruto fan compared to most of the Naruto fans out there, so I just made this hoping it would rake in the pageviews. That is the way it works, right? Draw Naruto fanart, get attention?Yeah, he doesn't look quite like how Kishimoto draws him. I guess this Kakashi is younger or something.

And this is one of the very, very few times I'll respond to a comment like that with "It's just my drawing style." I hate when people say that to cover up flaws, but I did that slim waist on purpose, because I figured making him prettier would attract more fangirls.

LOL, I think you've misunderstood. When I said there was nothing wrong with using a reference, I didn't take what you said offensively nor was I being defensive. I was merely reinforcing to you that it is actually ok and good to use references. In actuality, artists benefit from it, yet many are stubborn or too proud to use them.
