i see some slight camera movement there, but the blur sort of works out for the shot. keep steady next time. cute kid though

the girl was always in motion..'n I don't use tripod thats why ..

you can still do it. the only problem was you used a slow shutter speed.
if they keep moving around you should use somewhere around 1/200th
with that same ISO. because even at 1/99 or 1/125 sec you could still
get slight movement that would cause it to blur. try it next time
