I had this sketch from last year and I never had a solid idea what she was exactly doing or what was her quest. I imagined her going through a desert which could mean she's in Hammerfell or Elsweyr or somewhere else, back then when I was thinking where the next game would be. I wonder if I'll have the urge to make her there again or will she wonder off into another province.While Julei is a vampire, she can be under sunlight when she just fed so it's all alright

I had fun drawing the sand, found some cool brushes and played around :3
As for her story, I am kinda waiting for TESVI to come out, but that might take a looooooooooooong while. I did have an idea of her visiting Hammerfell or Elsweyr so hence the sand~

Same here! Tho I've been thinking of going back to ESO to have that TES itch scratched. I even had some ideas how to get Julei there... sort of.
That's okay. I guess it takes time to get back on our feet, but if anything breaks are good even if we don't want them sometimes x'D

Which bloodline is she from? Cyrodiilian Vampires can walk in sunlight, or perhaps from another, like the Whet Fangs( talented at Illusion and Lifemagic)

While she is Argonian, she actually contracted Vampirism in Cyrodiil! So she's a Cyrodiilian Vampire. She is also very adept in Illusion since she has been thought since she was a child, so that also helps her go around cities.

I'll be honest, I was actually aiming for the Oblivion silver sword, but I ended up with Skyrim's silver sword because the handle is brown. So you were pretty close! I actually love Oblivion's design more.
