Rating: 1.5/10 Black: Worst movies i've ever seen.
It's safe to say that whatever 'feeling' Disney was aiming to achieve with this one, they failed. The fact that early on in conceptualization they didn't correct this embarrassing fluctuation in their company's standards, or just scrap the project altogether, is defining of the drop in quality of productions since streaming services've had monopoly. Although sparce, there are definitely elements of whimsical childlike imagination present, that are enjoyable without question. Theres also something to be said about Timmy's personality. Steadily persevering in confidence regardless of his class of peers' being tough on him for his unique individualism.
