1. Extract archive into the root directory folder where SFV is installed (has StreetFighterV.exe)
2. Go to "StreetFighterV\Content\Paks" and rename the file extension of "pakchunk7-WindowsNoEditor.pak" to .bak
*If problems occur rename .bak to .pak

EDIT: Where exactly do I put the files? There are 2 StreetFighterV.exe on the install folder, one on the root of the installation and the other in StreetFighterV/Binaries/Win64

Also, I read something in the zetaboard about unpacking the pak files? Is that everyboy has to do in order for mods to work, or that's just for modders?

the only possible reason i can think of why the mods aren't working for you is that they might require the game be installed on the C:\ drive. shouldn't need to unpack those pak files for the mika or cammy uncensor.

Nope, moved the game to C:, it still works, but the mods still don't.
The reason I mentioned the pak, was because of the intructions on the camo mod by BrutalAce:
"PREREQUISITES
A. CHARA FOLDER PATH: X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Chara (WHERE X is your drive letter).
B. Make backup of CED and EAB folders present in chara folder path.
C. Assuming you have already extracted the PAK files using QuickBMS and arranged them according to this post

Not sure if this helps, but this is the exact path where i installed the chara folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content
Here's the file size on disk of the chara folder with the mika mod ONLY in it: 227,082,240 bytes
Make sure you have that exact size, otherwise your download might have been corrupted.

I reinstalled the game to start fresh, and after putting only the mod I got this file size: 227,086,336 bytes, so I redownload it, but still got the same size on disk.
EDIT: I got it working, what I did was actually deleting the pakchunk7 file instead of renaming it, so you might want to add that to the instructions, what I did the very first time, was rename it to (pakchunk7-WindowsNoEditor_Back.pak), but apparently that is not enough, so I guess either deleting it, or renaming to something completely different is necessary?
