This is absolutely wonderful and I am going to use this as my wallpaper this semester, as I'm studying invertebrate paleontology and I'm in love the the Cambrian explosion.  All your art is absolutely stellar!! <3

Your paleoart is stunning (wallpaper worthy), especially the dinosaurs. I was wondering if there is any possibility that I could use a few of your images in a presentation about mass extinctions I am doing for my local gem and mineral show. Thanks

Probably this cambrian picture, something ordovician/silurian, marine Devonian, terrestrial Permian, and marine or terrestrial Triassic

but I don't have so many pictures. There are Cambrian, Devonian, Carboniferous, Perm

I could probably just use a Wikepedia image of volcanos for triassic. However could I use the cambrian devonian and permian images

This is so life like! I even squinted my eyes when I looked at the sun. Lovely scenery and colours. I love how it looks so similar to our time and yet not quite right, giving it a surreal quality.

Thank you very much! Even at that time shone as now. In this sense, nothing has changed. Changed only animals. Therefore, I focus on contemporary photography.

Plioart In reply to batworker [2017-01-08 21:29:36 +0000 UTC]

Thank you very much! I tried to convey the atmosphere of another planet. A world without people. Where life had just appeared.

avtrspnsmvlvr In reply to Plioart [2015-09-23 14:05:50 +0000 UTC]

I wonder what that would be like (a world without people). Nature would just take is course. No interference on our part. Every step in history has lead to us, possibly the most advanced & complex Earth life-forms so far. We come in so many different colors, shapes, genders, sexualities, etc..

And we're just a blink in the earth's timeline so far. Who knows if we'll last as long as the Cambrian period. What will come after us. Sorry, stepping off my soap box now lol

The Cambrian animals make me wonder what life could be forming on other planets in space. The universe is endless, so we can't be alone.

That's what I primarily not anthropomorphized figures, and try to imagine myself an astronaut who had flown on another planet. Look from the side. Very inspiring by the way the movie Prometheus, with his views.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Plioart In reply to Xiphactinus [2015-07-21 19:46:53 +0000 UTC]
