i found the reference for this in a hair fashion magazine two years ago in a walmart and took a pic cause i knew i wanted to draw it and i kept putting it off and forgetting about it. but i was looking thru my references / insp folder and i was like u know what? imma draw this so ican finally fucking delete it. here u go

the eyes are too big but i already fixed them and dont care enough to fix it again its 5;30 am and im sore and tired af
