The only difficult thing about it is to make up jewelry. I had to google references in order to make it not monotonous.

Dude I love that jewelry! I really like that one hanging over Pikachu's leg, that and the others have really nice designs! The crown and the thing on the tail are very nice, your details are really excellent. You should do more pictures like this, quality not quantity!
This is a super nice picture, you should try selling stuff like this! And even not with Pokemon, how about commissions of people's characters draped in fancy over-the-top jewelry! Or really, anything draped in fancy over-the-top jewelry.
