Personality: Almost always thinks before she speaks, though this doesn't seem to stop her from offending people. She likes to get effects out of people. Although she can be distant, she's actually quite affectionate - just not observably so. She is constantly seeking the company and approval of others. Although she can also be superficial and shallow, caught up in herself, she'd never be malicious.

History: Much to her delight as a young growlithe, Vesta's father was a performer in a traveling circus. They never stayed in the same place for longer than a month, and even a month was rare. She met a great deal of people and learned many skills (some useful, and some not so much) living among the performers. She was pretty outgoing as a child and never stifled a question (no matter how rude). It was a great childhood. She was rowdy and dirty with the other children who traveled along with their parents - of course she'll never admit to wearing overalls now.

When she was old enough, and after a great deal of begging, she was taught how to use her abilities for show and was given her own act. Despite trying a bit of everything, the only place she really excelled in was in fire-spinning. The spotlight was on her just long enough for her to get a huge ego out of it.

Her father was concerned with her behavior and when it came time for them to tour again, he had sent her out to go experience what real life is like, spotting her the money to open up a business. She chose to open a bar to emulate the life she had in the circus, surrounded by interesting people and, being a bartender, having a captive audience whenever she pleased. Of course, if her father had known she had chosen to open up a bar he would probably breath fire - no really - he's an Arcanine.
