Lighting is only from sun, room is softly lighted due to using of 'portal' material for room's openings (two large windows). Another important detail is applied camera responce of imager node, here used F400CD resulting in pink color tint and reduced contrast.

Scene setup was pretty simple, lighting is only from sun. Skin material is only mix of diffuse and glossy (no SSS was used).
