Description I took this photo as we were waiting for our train to Glasgow. I'd made her lie down with her head on a gutter thing before this shot for this idea I'd had, and then just as we were getting up to get the train we'd waited half an hour for, I wanted to try a 1.8 shot with flash with the interesting bokeh background (which sadly I lost because of the flash!). We literally had to jump off the ground where we were sat and leg it onto the train after I took this

I might do something with the gutter shot too, but I really liked the freshness of this one... so voila!

How gorgeous is she!?

Wonderful
I don't agree with the comment a bit below. In fact, I actually like the flash and that the background is unclear. It has a great effect.

I actually like the use of flash in this shot, it give a beautiful lightness to her fleshtones, would lose some of the top of the pic though

Thanks hmm maybe, the curvature of the bokeh at the top (if you look in full view) reminded me of a halo though I liked the quiet symbolism there so kept it un-cropped

She is awesome!

But the shot could've been executed better, flash indeed made it lose backgrounds detail, and it's too bright for me.
Would work as a high key if she was blonde

Indeed; I hate flash and usually never use it, this is the first flash shot I've put on dA actually... I just thought it was a bit different to usual, plain but fresh. I was thinking that about the high key, too! haha. but I quite like the contrast.
