Yeah, but he's in his ghost formΒ right now so he doesn't breathe, therefore he can't choke. Now if he was in his human form he'd be in trouble becauseΒ he needs to breathe or he'll die; in his ghost form he's already dead so doesn't have to worry about that sort of thing.

While that was never stated as canon by the show, it's a logical theory that makes sense.

Yeah, a lot of fans have the theory that he's dead in his ghost form which makes sense because ghosts are dead. It makes the series a bit darker and creepier, which for a kid's cartoon it already has a lot of dark content.

That's why I like it so much, probably, is the dark edge it has to it... And why I have so many darker fanfictions about it. XD

I just recently got a good one from Mystery Meat. XD
Danny grabs Tucker and goes intangible to get them out of detention, and if you pause at just the right moment, Danny's legs are deforming into a tail and Tucker is staring at it like "whuh???"
I might do something with it if I come up with a good enough joke...
