Description What if Feraligatr was Rock/Ground Type?

I go this idea from 's contest that going on right now. This was only suppose to be a flat color drawing, but then I started to like it too much. Ah well!

I know starters are only suppose to be grass, fire water; but It be neat to have a game mod. that made the starters electric, ground, water. FerROCKigatr would make an excellent starter in this world.

Hmmm.... I guess It would be neat to see the water/fighting starter as Emboar. He could have a deep sea look, with seaweed wear his main of fire is. Then the electric/psychic started could be... (I'm tied) either a Meganium with Jolteon like spikes around its neck or an electric blue and yellow Sceptile, whose design really wouldn't change too much.

I want to make it so that these pokemon only have one type until their last evolution. Gosh, maybe I should draw all of these guys.

Don't delta type pokemon look the same as their species? Detla types only differ in their mana cost, and not their looks Right? (i'm not a big fan of the TGC...so I'm not very knowledgeable.)

I don't follow the TCG much either.

I don't see why they wouldn't look somewhat different if they were able to use oddly-typed attacks though...
