The original idea was the digit '2' that reminds of a swan.
Anyway, this one is the improved version.
Name comes from Pakku (pre-evolutions' name) and midori (jap. green).

When I saw the name and design I thought that it was based on a swan boat, because of the use of what I thought was 'paddle' and its swanlike looks. Damn, I was wrong. Great nonetheless.
