Dex Entry: (Thanks to SnazzyPanic ) So rarely seen at all in the wild most people don't believe it actually is able to evolve without a trainers aid, trouble is no trainer has ever reported seeing one do so, all the trainers seem to indicate that they suffer from headaches the day the Pokemon turns up in its evolved state.

They're beautiful! The last one has moxie, i'd love to have one in my team!!! Just a question: the lineart is made by using a mouse, right?
