The strict Pokemon

Chillnea is a Monkey based pokemon, who was abandoned by his mother. After almost dying in the wild to a Hydroy, it wound an old piece of metal, with a piece of meteorite on it. At second look, the metal looks like a sword. After training with the Piece a lot, it sees its mother, lying dead on the ground and the same Hydroy that it encountered before, walking away. It ran to his mother, the last thing he obtained was a Red rubber band with a coin on it, which the mother got from a pokemon trainer, she encountered before. When putting it on, the meteorite on his blade starts burning and he could feel the fire run through his body, knowng it would get revenge someday.
