I think Roy could catch a Toxtricity to fit the musical theme of his two current team members, Fuecoco and Wattrel. It will be caught as a Toxel, then evolved. Both the Amped and Low Key forms can fit Roy very well, but if I had to choose one form, I think Amped would be a perfect bet.
