Gold, Silver and Crystal. They happen to appear on the Raikou Special (original version). Silver is left out on the dub, cause he appears during the japanese opening only.

Silver shall be the son of Team Rocket boss Giovanni what they never said in the GSC games. I know Gold and Cristal were the main characters in a special mini movie what never was broadcast here. Did Silver appear there?

Yes, there are actually 20 plus volumes, a whole lot more chanpters. Those 65 chaps are just around 4-6 books out of the mentioned 20+ ^^.

A bit late, but to answer to your question, Silver *was* in Legend of Thunder, but only a still shot during the opening credits, a shot that was taken out when it was dubbed. So consequently, he has no name in anime canon. Most people just call him Silver anyway.

Oh my god. Chikorita and Totodile look so adorable!! :]
Overall this picture is awesome. The only mistake[s] I see are Kentas [Is that is name? D: I'll just say G/S Hero.] left arm and right hand. The finger pointing out towards us should be overlapping the knuckle, and you seem to have it the other way around. And his left arm is a bit too small.
I see how his right arm is going downwards, but you'd make it look so much better if you raised it up a bit. [Hope my critiques aren't taken the wrong way or anything.

And the Pokemon do look like official art! Good job. :]
