Description

For those who had been following me since 2016 might know that I used to come up with designs for some character that aren't in Sonic Boom, and Rosy the Rascal was one of them.
I always liked this idea of Rosy having multiple outfits, but this one is like her main outfit. You can see that the color scheme of her outfit is kind of a combination of Classic!Amy colors with colors from Archie!Rosy (also basing with some aesthetics like (soft)grunge or neon).

I also made a variant of this design with a color scheme a little bit closer to Archie!Rosy's Over Here

For her personality I wanted for her to be a very cynical and rude person that hates Scourge to death, and so does him with her (they argue frequently, to the point that they might start killing each other literally), and has a pretty dark humor.
In this headcanon/AU, Rosy might not use her hammer a lot, since she prefers to use her fists/feet or even a gun to attack; but she won't hesitate to use it if the situation requires it.
