Wanted to do another Raiden wallpaper but nothing too over-the-top, so I played about more with the filter effects in this.
This wallpaper is 1920 x 1080 (HD) Resolution.
Tools Used: Adobe Photoshop CS5.

Yeah I think so, it seems to do almost everything and you can get some nice plug-ins and brushes for it. I think its simple enough, but then I've used it for years
