This is so sad but so beautiful at the same time.
The quote fits perfectly... I remember having a dream along the similar lines, also involving a small dead bird... *shudders*
Love this pic.

Daydreaming has the same effect on me when I have my frave music/CD of the moment blaring out thru my headphones.... but yeah... dreams are wonderful things *EG* I fly a lot in mine and always scared to get tangled up in the powerlines >.<
*yawns* speakin' o' which... really should hit the sack. heeeheeheeheehee

Holy Shit I used to do that too!! Again, it was always an effort to get moving but, damn, it was worth it in the end! ... What are the odds?!?

Hrmmm.... I think it happends to those that remember and have a certian amount of control in their dreams ;D
It's never strange... a few of my new age friends would say you're havign an out of body experience if you float around your neighbourhood alot. ^-^
Pretty thought. But I still believe it's just my memories letting loose in my subconcoiuse for entertainment purposes. Mwah ha!

Never looked at it that way before, out of body, hmmm... Heh, I agree with your idea more than your new age friends. I just wish I still had those dreams, that feeling of complete freedom is sorely missed.

...or wake up after said dream, naked and flapping your arms wildly in an attempt to take off from your front garden while your elderly neighbour has a heart attack...

....Sweet Christ. It's screaming *Fave!* at me.. I must obey--but sweet-christ!
And this is an original charrie, 'eh? Delish. Absolutely delish. I love it, I love it, I love! Though a bit depressing and down-to-earth--wow.
Wonderful line-work. It doesn't even need colour. Wow.

yeah... it's like that...
Kinda like life in motion can shock you into a certain 'behavioural modification'.
I think that if Maddie's mom hadn't started crying and hit her instead - Maddie would be helluva lot more destructive. Physical pain doesn't do anything - but seeing the emotional pain of a loved one... different story. One event can affect an effect on one's personality... heh.
*wonders if the gov't would see her as damaged goods if they knew of this*

I don't often see expression such as this in drawings. This is really amazing. ^_^
