I really like this one. I was playing around with some Illustrator tutorials when I decided I wanted to make a pixel styled wallpaper. It started with the idea if having well known pixel game characters and the text I <3 Pixel. But it turned out into this big project. The reason why I choose Super Mario World is because it is a precious game for me and it will always be a classic. I made this using a small box and then placing it around and duplicating it so that it all looked like pixel art and still was a vector. I looked at images and sprites that I found on the net for inspiration.
