Second scene of Zelda Link to the Past ! It's probably my favourite scene of the whole game, and moves my guts when I get there...Next fanart will be about Link's Awakening, my favourite game of the serie !

Oh hey this dude. I remember when I first played Link to the Past on the Gameboy Advance and I wandered into his clearing for the first time. I was startled by it and spent like ten minutes running in and out of the clearing again because I was certain there was something I had to do there, like use some random item before he disappears or something.
Then I found him again in the icky world much much later and facepalmed due to my own stupidity. And then spent another ten minutes trying to find his stupid flute.

This is really lovely! I love cut out styles, it's one of my favourite things to look at and do myself ;u; I really love the lighting on this piece <3
I'm trying to prepare to play through all the games at the moment, but the only three I dont have are far too obscure and expensive :U

Cutout is really easy to do, so it's very funny to have a result so cute so quickly ^^
Actually I cheated a bit and didnt play the first two on NES, but maybe I'll do them once I trained on all the others !

No I'm going to have to play them on ports, I have them on the 3DS now so it's at least portable haha. The ones I'm missing are Four Swords on the Gamecube, Minish Cap and Link's Awakening ;o; (I keep getting outbid on eBay :T)

Ahhh i never did the Four Swords, but you have to do Minish Cap it's awesome ! AND WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR LINK'S AWAKENING IS THE BEST ONE EVAH !
The only one I never did and am going to do for the first time during this Zeldathon is Oracle of Ages, Spirit Tracks and the original Legend of Zelda.

Aww yay, Oracle of Ages is amazing!!I'm doing that one too, I have the original GBC game, but I dont have Seasons.
I still haven't played Spirit Tracks, and it's awful, I forgot I didn't have that one but I always forget about it as a title ;n; (I think I'm too excited for Skyward Sword, to be honest, and I'm not starting my Zeldathon till I finish that anyway)
The original is so hard haha, I've been trying to complete it properly for YEARS.
I think I'll be getting Link's Awakening DX on the 3DS, as it seems the easiest option =n= My favourite's Majora's Mask, I cant wait to play it again ;u;

I also played there as a child (without ever doing almost nothing ...) but I also love this time in history ... Oh! is also an encounter with Zelda!

The flute boy quest was always very sad, but I'm glad it all works out in the end.
These scenes are fantastic, they fit the games perfectly, and the style is beautiful. I think my favorite part is the colours.

Now I've realised that Zelda is probably the game which people even first heard of an Ocarina in the first place. Goes to show you that you can learn things from a video game.
