For the finer bits, I used a Copic Multiliner 003, which was added to my usual repertoire of Sakura Micron 005, 01, 03, Sakura Pigma brush & Faber-Castell Pitt big brush for the larger black areas.
The grey shading his face is Holbein watercolor, and the gold brocade upon his cloak is Prismacolor metallic colored pencil.
