A quick tutorial on how i pixel <333I use Paint tool Sai, if you use ms paint or something like that the basic idea is the same but you cant lower opacity unfortunately sorry
i dont know if this will help but I thought id do it anyway ;v;

its a program that you download and buy (not an app) its for your computer

So you make the sketch really small so the pixels arent too big, or use a special brush?

i just use the pen on 1.0 size and sketch it in 50x50 for small pixels
and for larger pixels i will sketch it in a larger size with the same pen on the same 1.0 size but if it needs resizing i will resize it ;v;

its exactly the same, it was just easier to use a smaller pixel as the example ;v; but i use the exact same process for the big pixels, all i do is make the sketch bigger eue
