I guess I'm a little late to comment, but oh well. I'll give you a bit of a critique since you asked. (I appologize in advance for my bluntness which can sometimes be taken as annoyance or anger)
Expressions: unless everyone is supposed to look worried/forlorn/bereft, you need more variation.
Size: Compared to the rest of the Pokemon on the (very large and undecorated) boat, Raikou is a runt and Celebi is a giant unless they're mutated or special or something like that.
Anatomy: Jolteon has no torso, just a head, neck, collar, and legs...you might want to look at some real dogs/cats from the front to see how low the chest is and where to attach the legs. Then, the Luxray seems to be all neck and no legs. Maybe a little more sketching before your lineart?
Atmosphere: Where's your lightsource? Why is the boat shiny and not the characters?

I'll make sure to study up on all the things you said CX
And the thing about the cliff/boat thing being super shiny is because Photoshop was severely lagging and the dodge tool wasn't showing up so I kept clicking and clicking and then it came out like that when the actions caught up with what I'd been doing and then I couldn't go back ||D;;;
And I don't really draw like that any more, I'd meant to finish it a while ago but I'd forgotten about it and hid it off in the dark corners of my sketch bin xD;;
But I found it and decided I was way too lazy to fix it in Photoshop so I just copied it exactly xD;;
And yes, they're all supposed to be worried/sad/unhappy/angry/emotionless I guess.
I'm not very good at perspective, so I'll try to work on size comparisons and things like that. I will ||D
