I may not look as trendy as you but I still can rock out just as good.
I know everyone and their mom's done one of these, and this joke's probably been beaten into the ground, but fuck yall I did it anyway. Besides, I never get to draw people dancing.

Whelp, most importainly I use Open Canvas 4 for this, but what I did can probably be applied to any program.
First I did a rough anatomy sketch like I always do, woohoo
Added a layer, drew the girl (me actualy). I didn't just draw a sillouette, I drew it as I normaly would.
Add another layer, probably deleated the anatomy sketch one. On the new layer I colored everything where the girl was, black.
Merged the lines and the fill in. Did some cleanup.
Added the orange background, new layer of course
And the shadow, font, and signiture were all on their own layers too.

Yeah the headphones and CD player were a brush on another layer, the little details in the silluet were light lines the same color as the background on *gasp* another layer. Layers are your friend.
