Btw most people in power are sociopath's and not al sociopaths are dangerous.

It's levels and degrees and manners and situational scenarios.
People who are "affected" with light sociopathy can usually be ignored.
Others who have it "worse" are dangerous to ignore for a variety of reasons.
And, although they may not be "dangerous" (depending on your definition),
they are usually, if not too often, hurtful toward others in one or more ways,
and usually more ways than one, sometimes egregiously so. (and in ways that
are more accepted by society, although increasingly less so, like mentally
and emotionally violent, rather than physically, or the extreme of psychopathy)
This is too often how we get bad managers and supervisors and bosses and
CEOs and others who will "do anything to advance", including stabbing others
in the back, stepping on people, being devious and lying and cheating and
bad-mouthing, and other unethical and illegal actions, as well as
a primary source of sexism, racism, sexual harassment, bullying, and the like.
