Old picture. The gun does not seem to be modelled off a select-fire example and they apparently didn't realize the large piece in the front of the barrel moves back with the rest of the slide, it does not stay in place.

Gustloff Volkssturmgewehr MP507

Essentially a large blowback pistol, developed by Gustloff as part of the Volkssturmgewehr program to develop a simple and inexpensive rifle to equip the Volkssturm during the final defense of Germany. To further simplify logistics, the already simple to manufacture gun used magazines from the earlier StG44 as well as it's ammunition. About 10000 were made before the end of the war. A couple of examples were select-fire and capable of fully automatic fire.
