It looks like there is a spider on the left hand side.. and then a fly of some sort to the right?
I like the sun flare and the way this is pretty dark, though bright in places too. The colours are great and the composition isn't too bad, though it wouldn't hurt to crop things a bit there, maybe.
Still, it's good stuff. Good to see you posting.

Yes I had a very hard time cropping this photo. How much of the length and width do you think I can do without? I played with it but, found that area necessary for the context and atmosphere of the photo.

I'm so glad you asked! It actually was extraordinary quick and abruptly stopped and hovered litterally right before the web and then went over it and resumed its flight, as if a hurdler jumping over an obstacle.

Sorry if I laugh, but I was seeing that spider (remember, the eye moves from left to right first), and then I saw that fly. (hover fly?)
